    Transfers

    Transfers of all bio-hazardous materials between laboratories with in the institution and outside the institution are to be approved by the BioSafety Officer .

    Transfers with in University of Waterloo

    Contact the Bio-Safety Officer (Ext 36268) and supply the following information:

    1. Principal Investigator supplying material
    2. Name and strain of organism (BioSafety Level if known)
    3. Principal Investigator recieving material
    4. Location of laboratory

    The institutional Bio Safety Officer will provide written authorization to both parties.
