    Scope

    UW's Laser Safety Program encompasses all work with Class 3B and Class 4 Lasers under UW control.

    This program reflects the requirements in American National Standard
    for Safe Use of Lasers ANSI Z136.1-2007

    This program outlines procedures and controls to ensure safe working conditions when working with or near lasers at the University of Waterloo.
