Policies & Legislation

One of the Safety Office's primary concerns is ensuring that the University community acts in accordance with governmental legislation and UW Policy 34: Health, Safety & Environment.

The Safety Office also serves as a valuable resource for the UW's various Joint Health and Safety Committees arranging, among other things, monthly workplace inspections of all main campus buildings.
