Lab Facility and Equipment Maintenance

Equipment

Any deficiencies in laboratory equipment should be reported to your supervisor.  The equipment should be taken out of service until it is repaired.

Installation of Equipment

All equipment shall be installed according to UW Policy 22 - REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT IN UNIVERSITY BUILDINGS:

Building Maintenance

This would include items related to the building such as:

Report problems to Plant Operations 24 hr. Service Number Ext. 33793 or 888-4813.
